Went in at lunch and watched most people get a bowl ( 7 in front of me) and kept hearing everyone of them say " can I get an actual full scoop of rice, meat" ! They literally just had a "I don't care" attitude. I got a burrito and my rice scoop was not even a full spoon, not even a half spoon and when I asked for more seemed like an inconvenience. Got half chicken, half steak and was charged for both as extra meat when I barely got a half scoop of either but wanted me to pay as if I ordered on full scoop of each. This establishment has been downhill through online orders so I decided to go in and order this time and was definitely disappointed as well.
DONT EAT WILL MAKE YOU SICK!!! 3 times over last 3 years this restaurant specicically the chicken made me vomit both ends. There is something unsanitary or something with their food. NEVER AGAIN
Do not do online order here if you have any dietary restrictions. They use a different station that is not properly segregated. I'm vegetarian and constantly get meat when ordering sofritas. In-store is just fine though and it's always been a pleasant experience.
They never give enough lettuce? I've ordered salads and they only give a handful like would be on top of a bowl. There was hardly any food in the salad. Asked for extra lettuce on bowls too and it's the same amount as normal. Then today, only a few pieces on my bowl. And it was cold and looked like someone dropped it. Not warm like it was once hot but actually cold like it was never heated up correctly. The chips were way too salty and stale, they were soft. This location is stingy with portions and it's not like the food is cheap. Overall just a waste of money.
Me and my husband ordered one steak bowl and one chicken bowl mine the steak bowl our bowls hardly had anything in it my husbands didn’t even have rice we called to talk to the manager he said we had to come right back out for them to fix it we explained to him we couldn’t because I am scheduled for surgery the next morning we asked if we could do it the following we he said NO had to be today. Welp no more orders from the we normally order 40-50 dollars a week this time we was out $45 dollars we ask for a refund he said we don’t do refunds. Wow really so sad
Don't order delivery. Staff is trained to give "normal" sized portions to patrons that aren't present during preparation. Meaning, that bowl won't be nearly full. Real slap in the face given that you literally pay 13%-15% more per menu item, plus service fees for delivery orders. Pay more, get less. Place needs an integrity check.
It's worth the price and I feel satisfied..

My food is always made quicker than the time it says on the website. The ladies inside is always sweet when I come pick it up. Food always perfecto 👍
